Screen cleaning balls

Screen cleaning balls - what are they made of?
Screen cleaning balls are made from solid rubber based on natural rubber (NR), silicone (MQ), nitrile (NBR), EPDM and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) in three dimensions Φ30 mm, Φ37 mm and Φ47 mm.
Screen cleaning products - beads and their use
Balls are mainly used for cleaning wire screens from impurities deposited during the sieving process. The main use of balls is for cleaning sieves of different sizes, which are adapted to the material to be fractionated and take into account the operating temperature. Depending on the rubber base, the balls have different physical and chemical parameters.
