We manufacture complete drive, idler and tensioning drums for standard belt conveyor widths: 400, 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 mm and standard diameters. At the customer's request, we manufacture special drums according to individually agreed dimensions. Our drums are characterised by high manufacturing accuracy, resulting from accurate CNC machining and appropriate rubber vulcanisation.

Our range includes robust metal-rubber shock absorbers. These are popular components, used in various types of industrial machinery and equipment. We offer the manufacture of flat guide springs made of glass fibre reinforced epoxy resin composite in any size according to individual agreements with the customer.

Flat guide springs work very well in screens and feeders as well as vibrating feeders. Flat springs can be installed in a linear or circular arrangement.

We offer feathers for screw conveyors manufactured with the right technology to bend large diameters and hard materials. Our pens find a wide range of applications in many industries. They are a part of process lines, both with very precise, weighing work characteristics, as well as transport without significant accuracy.

ROSTA vibration isolators provide a high vibration and vibration isolation coefficient and compensate for uneven ground surfaces. Rosta elements ensure very long and maintenance-free operation of vibrating screens and feeders, up to 8 years. This makes them an excellent alternative to coil springs. Screen cleaning balls are made of solid rubber based on natural rubber(NR), silicone (MQ), nitrile (NBR), EPDM and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) in three dimensions Φ30 mm, Φ37 mm and Φ47 mm. The main use of the balls is to clean the sieves of impurities deposited during the sieving process. Depending on the rubber base, the balls have different physical and chemical parameters.
