BIG BAG loading station - why use it?

Loading stations facilitate the use of big-bags. Thanks to these devices, the process of filling big-bags can be significantly speeded up, thereby streamlining production processes. The components are made of stainless steel, which makes them highly efficient.

They are equipped with a hopper of varying capacity and a big-bag holder. An electrically driven plate gate valve is mounted under the bunker hopper. The entire structure of the BIG-BAG loading station is mounted on a steel support structure on skids or castors allowing it to be moved and repositioned freely.

The station is equipped with the necessary components for use of the product, but can be retrofitted according to customer requirements. The loading station can be equipped with a weighing platform to enable accurate filling of the big bags, as well as a control cabinet with a controller, which allows the automatic closing of the gate when the desired weight is reached. The modular design allows the product to be adapted to the customer's needs.
