Brief technical characteristics of the DC 300 dosing unit in dedicated design:

The DC 300 cell dosing unit is dedicated to dry sand conveying applications. Due to the high abrasiveness of the material, a reinforced cell rotor is used here, the bearings are moved outside the dosing unit, which increases the service life of the bearings, and the cell body itself is sealed with a special expanded graphite cord.

Expanded graphite is one of the best materials for dynamic seals. It has a temperature resistance of - 200 °C to + 2000 °C. Expanded graphite has very good chemical resistance to virtually all media except strong oxidisers, good thermal conductivity and a low coefficient of friction on steel.
