Flat knife gate valves

Flat gate valves, also known as plate gate valves, are widely used in processes related to the distribution or cutting off of the product stream in weighing, dosing, transporting and storing systems for bulk materials and process lines.

Characteristics of ZP series gate valves

• gate valve frame made of cold-formed channel sections,
• intended for horizontal or vertical operation,
• gate valve drive with a fixed trapezoidal screw,
• trapezoidal bolt supported in the shutter frame,
• a trapezoidal screw with a trapezoidal nut runs along the bolt,
• a square-shaped slide window,
• a steel cone as one of the sealing components,
• sealing of the body with NBR rubber between the shutter chambers,
• gate valve guided by pins in the gate frame,
• standard execution in St3S steel,
• standard protection against corrosion.
