Our company manufactures cellular dispensers (another name for cellular valves or rotary valves) according to individual parameters and customer expectations. In addition to dedicated solutions, we have standardised sizes which can also be personalised to the customer's installation.

Rotary valves - what are they used for?

The cell dispensers that we manufacture within our company are a solution dedicated, among other things, to the control of dosing and emptying processes for bulk materials. They are used in many industries.

Target dosing units are devices used for precise dosing of various substances in powder or granulate form (mainly bulk material), such as drugs, dietary supplements, chemicals, pigments, dyes, fertilisers, animal feed or cosmetic ingredients. Cellular dispensers are installed and used, among other things, in process plants or pneumatic conveying systems.

They are particularly useful in industries where precise ingredient dosing is required, such as the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food or veterinary industries. Thanks to their use, human error in dosing can be avoided, which translates into improved product quality, as well as increased efficiency in the production process.

Cellular dispensers are also used in laboratories for precise dosing of materials and ingredients (pneumatic transport) in scientific experiments.

Stainless steel cellular dispenser and more

The rotary valve can be made of black structural steel, but stainless steel and other materials are also used according to individual customer specifications.

The compact design of our cellular dispensers is characterised by high technical performance, meets the highest quality and safety standards, and can operate at different static pressures.

The design of our dispensers is made in two types of bearing mounting. A standard one and an extended one, which can be seen in the gallery below.

Customised cellular dispensers according to customer specifications

The design of the rotors in our dosing units has several standards, ranging from sealing vanes to the standard design with structural or stainless steel blades. We are also able to manufacture a dosing unit with a very high accuracy of 0.1 mm gap

Cellular dispensers are used for controlled dosing, emptying, discharge, gravitational transport and storage of bulk materials.

Construction of the cell feeder

The cell feeder consists of a body, which at its inlet and outlet is terminated with round or square fastening flanges, possibly according to individual customer specifications.

The body of the dosing unit contains a movable rotor with 6 or 8 material feeding chambers, as required. The rotor blades are made entirely of steel, either machined or finished in vulkollan.

The material is conveyed through the created conveying spaces between the blades, known as rotor cells. As a result of the movement of the rotor by means of a geared motor, the material is transported between the hopper (process line) located above the cell dosing unit and the dosing outlet.

Our dosing units can be manufactured with approval for operation in explosion hazardous areas - ATEX-certified dosing units are then used.

Due to the high interest in our cell dispensers, short delivery times are available. However, the delivery time of the product depends on the delivery of the geared dispenser. We deliver the complete dosing unit after 48 hours from the delivery of the geared motor.
