Available sizes:
- circular flange: 100, 140, 160, 180, 200, 250 mm (other sizes by individual arrangement),
- square flange: 100 x 100 mm, 160 x 160 mm, 180 x 180 mm, 200 x 200 mm, 250 x 250 mm, 300 x 300 mm, 400 x 400 mm, 500 x 500 mm (other dimensions by individual agreement).
Mechanism for changing the position of the flap:
- electromechanical,
- pneumatic,
- manual.

Two-way directional valves can also be made in stainless steel and other steel grades and in non-standard dimensions.
Some manifolds are made with anti-abrasion hardox liners or using various polyurethanes or aluminium alloys dedicated to the application. We also offer manifolds coated with a technical polymer - everything is, of course, negotiable.
We guarantee non-standard manufacturing by individual agreement.
The flap manifold - what is it used for?
A flapper distributor is a device used to control the flow of a substance, usually a liquid or gas, by dividing the flow into two or more branches, each of which can be independently regulated. Of course, it is also used to divide the flow of bulk materials.
Two-way, three-way or multi-way distributors are used to divide the flow of bulk materials. Depending on the choice of distributor, they have, as individual devices, two or three material distribution paths, which can be arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically. Please refer to the dimension table or order a manifold with different dimensions.
Manifolds with flap - characteristics
The materials used in the manufacture of the manifolds guarantee durability while providing high resistance. The replaceable lining and the characteristics of the housing made of good quality materials guarantee fast cleaning, easy maintenance, low abrasion and a dust-proof seal. The flap is operated by means of a hand lever. These features make the distributors suitable for standard applications and beyond.
